Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic was a fascinating and fast-paced project concept that allowed our creative and user experience teams to put industry-leading knowledge of the airline industry front and center. As a uniquely energetic flying experience, Virgin Atlantic isn’t afraid of bucking convention, but the one piece of the puzzle that had to be rock-solid was the digital booking experience. Our familiarity with the Delta Air Lines work allowed our team to be nimble, thoughtful and visually stunning when designing this experience.

My Role: As a creative lead on this project concept, my responsibilities included art direction over the site concepting, the search, booking and check-out flows, and the overall look and feel of the experience. I researched and maintained a close relationship with the Virgin Atlantic style guide, but also curated an aesthetic experience that was the perfect marriage of Virgin’s energy and the straightforward ease-of-use that flying passengers demand.
