Mercedes-Benz Financial Services
As the financing arm of Mercedes-Benz, the Financial Services team plays a key role in the ownership experience. Users have a wide array of tools available that facilitate lease, purchase and payment functionalities. The site is complex, and attention to every piece of data is crucial. This experience, while it does adhere to the Mercedes-Benz branding styles, is always focused heavily on getting the user into and out of payment and financial flows as easily and correctly as possible.
My Role: I currently am the creative lead for the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services mobile and desktop experience, and as such, work with another designer and collaborate heavily with the project DPM who ensures accuracy in our design layouts. Every single detail is pored over—and working in tandem with them has made an experience to which vehicle owners and users give high marks in satisfaction surveys.
