The leader in air travel, Delta Air Lines was a unique and rewarding challenge for those of us fortunate enough to work on the account for almost six years. With 75,000 employees handling over 180 million passengers yearly, the digital experience was key to upholding Delta’s legendary standard of excellence. Razorfish enabled Delta Air Lines to grow their business and drive revenue in the billions through a highly creative, finely curated and data-led digital experience.
My Role: For almost six years, I was part of a large creative team that encompassed multiple work tracks for the Delta Air Lines digital experience. Part of my responsibilities included art direction over the Personalization track, the Loyalty track, the SkyMiles program and the Delta Vacations track. I worked closely with the User Experience teams, Development teams and with the client directly to present work, ensure creative continuity and best-in-class experiences for customers.
